The graduate of the Master in Business Law will be able to skillfully manage different types of national and international transactions from the legal point of view, as well as have a broad knowledge of the international market and the legal mechanisms used to solve problems arising from commercial operations. The learning and knowledge acquired in this program include: Fundamental theories and techniques of law necessary to direct and advise a company in accordance with the legal system, adequate financial support and stable and harmonious labor relations; Concepts and principles of modern law in terms of occupational health and safety, environment, tax, corporate integration; AND Principles, theories, methods and techniques of business management to have immediate legal responses to judicial, administrative and financial requirements.

Admission Requirements
Required documents include: Photocopy of the title in the bachelor's degree; Title validated by the Directorate of Higher Education; Original certificate of studies and a photocopy, with a graduation rate equal to or greater than 70%; Updated resume; AND A passport size photo.
