As a graduate of this career you will be a lawyer with knowledge in the different branches of law, with an interdisciplinary approach in areas such as business law, international trade, economic, labor, criminal, administrative, procedural and alternative methods of conflict resolution such as the conciliation and arbitration. With sufficient skills and abilities to advise on commercial and civil contracts. Students through this program learns: Principles, theories, methods and techniques of business management to have immediate legal responses to judicial, administrative and financial requirements in accordance with the current legal system; providing adequate advice regarding financial aspects and stable labor relations; How to develop sufficient skills and competencies to manage and advise a company; Knowledge of the laws and principles of corporate, commercial, international commercial, tax, environmental and banking law for legal advice in the industrial, commercial, agricultural and services sectors; Procedural techniques that will allow the lawyer to know how to handle a hearing in the different courts and tribunals of the republic; AND Analytical capacity to apply the law in specific cases and provide effective and efficient legal advice to its clients.

Admission Requirements
Original high school degree and copy on both sides, in case you do not have the degree, you can bring the graduation certificate or a graduate certificate; Two passport size photographs; Copy of the identity card, if you do not have it, bring the original birth certificate and a copy; AND First monthly payment. Foreign students must also present: Academic record with signature and registration stamp of the university of origin; official transcript; AND Copy of identity card, passport or other official identification document.
