Biomedical engineering is an interdisciplinary scientific career in which engineering is combined with the general concepts of medicine. The abilities and skills for the management, maintenance and repair of equipment used in the diagnosis and treatment of diseases, as well as the administration of hospital facilities, are included. The graduate of Biomedical Engineering is a professional of national and international reference, with knowledge, skills and competencies that allow them to perform in the various fields of application of the career; with a focus on medical technology management; has a clear orientation to the needs in the health sector and society, proposing technological solutions with innovation and research, applying engineering and technology methods in the design and evaluation of hospital areas in compliance with current regulations, develops and implements medical devices and technologies, in order to provide viable alternatives to improve the provision of health services with an ethical sense and social commitment.

Admission Requirements
Original high school degree and copy on both sides, in case you do not have the degree, you can bring the graduation certificate or a graduate certificate; Two passport size photographs; Copy of the identity card, if you do not have it, bring the original birth certificate and a copy; AND First monthly payment. Foreign students must also present: Academic record with signature and registration stamp of the university of origin; official transcript; AND Copy of identity card, passport or other official identification document.
