As a Food Engineering graduate of the UTE you will be able to design, model processes and use technologies for the transformation and integral use of agricultural goods, in harmony with biodiversity and interculturality. Implement research, development and innovation processes to generate added value in the food industry.
You will be able to investigate the composition of food, use of agribusiness by-products, improvement of nutritional intake, detection of contaminants, among others.
