Learn how to run a successful arts venue or festival on our BA/ BSc (Hons) Arts and Festivals Management course, run from our dynamic and innovative Business School for the Creative Industries at UCA Epsom. a growing need for those with the skill to manage an arts venue or festival, not only in the UK but globally, and with the tools and experience gained through this course you’ll be equipped to meet that demand.You’ll develop your understanding of business overall, how venues and festivals are organised and come up with ways to improve them both culturally and economically. Using our extensive facilities, you’ll learn how to analyse data, improve your organisational skills and become a confident communicator.And you’ll also gain vital core business acumen – from accounting and finance, to marketing and HR - through a series of Business Seminars, which you’ll share with students from other courses across the Business School.There are options to take industry placements and study abroad in the second year. You also have the option to complete a Professional Practice Year as part of this course, see below for more details.
