Admission Requirements
If the candidate's cumulative GPA is between 2.75 and 3, his or her acceptance into the doctoral program is conditional, and he or she must take specific bridging courses (remedial courses), provided that the candidate obtains a GPA of no less than B in each remedial course.
A valid TOEFL, or IELTS, or its equivalent from any other internationally recognized English language proficiency test.
The English language certificate must be valid no more than two years (24 months) before the student enrolls in the program at the university.
Three letters of recommendation, at least two from academics demonstrating the candidate's research competence, interest, and ability.
Statement of Purpose: A written statement in English stating the applicant's purpose for pursuing a PhD in Management, including a description of potential research interests.
Priority will be given to applicants with research experience.
Passing an interview conducted by the program's admissions interview committee, which is formed and managed by the university's Deanship of Graduate Studies. The committee interviews applicants to determine the suitability of their academic records, past and current research interests, and future goals. The committee may request additional supporting documents and examinations to determine the applicant's academic knowledge and identified deficiencies. A student found to be deficient in any of these areas may be required to take appropriate remedial courses during the first year to address these deficiencies.
