Bachelor of Chemistry: 136 credit hours are required to successfully complete the Bachelor's degree. Students can choose Physics, Computer Science and Mathematics, or Statistics as minor majors. The basic concepts of chemistry are taught in core courses that cover the major branches of chemistry (e.g., inorganic chemistry, organic chemistry, physical chemistry, and analytical chemistry). Courses in Chemistry are taught 55 credit hours (department requirement) and 30 credit hours (elective requirement). The student is required to successfully pass a research project within one semester to obtain a bachelor's degree in chemistry. After completing the bachelor's program, students can comprehensively explain epistemological facts in the four main branches of chemistry and be able to understand relationships, interpret scientific facts and data, and analyze and solve problems.

Diploma in Chemistry: A 73-credit program offered by the Department of Biological Sciences and Chemistry, providing students with a minimal background in chemistry that enables them to raise their level of proficiency in working in chemistry laboratories as technicians and faculty assistants. They also have the opportunity to pursue their studies in a Bachelor of Chemistry. Upon completion of the diploma program, students can demonstrate scientific facts, concepts, scientific methods, and techniques (qualitative and quantitative) from the context of chemical sciences.
