The master's degree in Geological Sciences and Technologies opens the doors to careers in the fields of geology research and applications, providing job opportunities both in Italy and abroad.
The course of study offers two curricula and includes differentiated specialist courses in the following areas of research and development: Applied geomorphology, Geophysics and seismic risk, Geology and stratigraphy, Applied geology and hydrogeology, Applied petrography, Environmental geochemistry, Cultural heritage and Applied geoarchaeology, GIS, Close and Remote Sensing.
The educational excursions, both thematic and interdisciplinary, which are an integral and important part of the geologist's training, take place in various Italian locations and are largely covered with contributions paid for by the course. If necessary, teaching can be carried out online.
