  • The Master's Degree in Labour and Safety Legal Studies (LM/SC-Giur) in Arezzo is the natural continuation of the three-year degree program (L-14) offered by the Department of Law at the University of Siena. Graduates from other three-year degree programs may also apply, provided they meet the admission requirements. Admission is open, with a prior assessment of the candidate’s preparation.

    The program aims to provide advanced knowledge in legal and socio-institutional disciplines, ensuring a strong command of private and public law categories from both national and international perspectives. Students gain advanced English language skills, including specialized disciplinary vocabulary, alongside in-depth knowledge in sociological, economic, and legal fields.

    The program provides an interdisciplinary education aimed at enhancing employability, with a focus on key areas such as Labour Law and the Third Sector, Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR), Data Protection, and Public Safety.

    Over the two-year program, students explore a broad range of legal and socio-economic topics, particularly: Labour law, Third Sector, and business management, EU law, criminal law, and public safety, Communication-related areas, including language and law, public policy, and advanced knowledge of a foreign EU language
