This course allows students to choose from three different pathways, depending on their interests, previous experience and career goals. Students may want to develop their understanding of children, childhood and youth by enrolling on the MA Childhood and Youth Studies. A diverse range of learning opportunities and assessments are provided which encourage students to consider how academic understandings relate to professional practice for those working with children and young people. Students will develop their knowledge and skills in research which will enable students to undertake advanced research in the social sciences and successfully undertake and complete advanced research projects.
