The Master of Medical Education year allows those with qualifications up to the Diploma level (120 credits) to complete their training to the level of a Masters.
This final year of our Masters programme supports the student in completion of a substantial research project or comprehensive literature review. The project will be in a field related to medical education.
The student will have built their knowledge either through attending our Certificate and Diploma years or will be able to evidence equivalent qualifications to that level (120 credits) using the APL process.
The project is a chance to explore the fundamentals of teaching and learning and critically examine a topic of relevance.
One to one support is provided throughout the year with a named supervisor as well as regular group catch up sessions with both peer and online support. Our library team is also there to help.
