The BSc (Hons) Mathematics Education (11-16 years)
with QTS is a fast-track to teaching. It takes just three years to be a fully
qualified teacher, compared to the four years it takes to do a degree and then
a one-year PGCE. This course includes a 120-day placement in schools or
colleges. This course is taught via lectures, tutorials, seminars, and
independent learning. Assessment methods include reports, exams, presentations,
and computer-based assessments.
