Whether your interests lie in the people themselves, or in their art, their literature, their history, as long as you want to learn more about the great classical forerunners of western culture, our Department has much to offer you. Minimum requirements: (1) An Honours Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Classical Studies (or closely related discipline with similar language training) with an overall average of 78% in the last two years of undergraduate study; (2) An Honours Bachelor’s degree from a program other than Classical Studies (or closely related discipline with similar language training) may be acceptable if evidence justifying admission is offered; however, a program of appropriate preparatory studies (a qualifying year) may be required of such students. // Application materials: (1) Résumé; (2) Supplementary information form; (3) Transcript(s): Official transcript from all other post-secondary institutions; (4) Writing sample. // For further information on admission requirements please check with the University for entry.
