Currently,  attracting talent is one of the great challenges in organizations. The objective is to reach those candidates who have not only the technical knowledge but also the soft skills to cover the needs of staff sizing and sustain the evolution of the business. However, something seemingly simple becomes complicated when there is a shortage of people available in the labor market and the expectations of candidates are increasingly demanding.
The digital era has also impacted the field of selection, generating new communication channels and protocols, as well as new tools to carry out recruitment processes. Instead of “searching for and selecting employees,” companies must be able to “attract and engage future collaborators.” Who selects who?  The company to the candidate, vice versa, or both?
With the  Postgraduate in HR Strategy and Social Recruiting , we will learn to identify, define and operationalize strategic objectives in the field of human resources. We will also learn about new ways of attracting talent, as well as the design of the recruitment plan and its execution.
