Illinois Tech’s Master of Engineering in Energy Systems, Energy Generation, and Sustainability Track prepares students to meet the challenges of generating, storing, and converting energy. Courses in this track include renewable energy technologies, computer-aided design of electric machines, and elements of sustainable energy.
Two additional specialty tracks—energy conservation and buildings, and energy transmission and markets—are also taught by faculty who have set the bar in energy systems and will empower students to become the next energy pioneers.

Our graduate Master of Engineering in Energy Systems, Energy Generation, and Sustainability Track degree program will prepare you for such careers as:

    • Senior energy engineer
    • Energy program manager (utility energy engineering and sustainability services)
