The Master’s program in Innovation, Industry and Society is designed for students interested in the economic, social, and organizational transformations driven by innovation. It is intended for those who wish to understand how companies, institutions, and regions adapt to technological and societal change by combining perspectives from management, economics, and the social sciences.
The first year of the program focuses on training through and in research. Students gain a solid theoretical and methodological foundation in the economics of innovation, organizational sociology, and strategic management. Research seminars, empirical projects, and an internship in a research laboratory help them become familiar with scientific approaches and learn how to analyze and frame contemporary innovation challenges.
The second year, students choose one of three specialization tracks:
IREN (Network Industries and Digital Economics), focused on the regulation of digital and network industries, this track explores the economic and political issues surrounding technological sectors and digital transformation;
PIC (Project, Innovation, Conception), dedicated to innovation project management, product and service design, and the development of creative and collaborative practices within organizations;
COSI (Consulting in Organization, Strategy and Information Systems), prepares students for careers in consulting, organizational change management, and digital transformation through information systems.
