This is a two-year master programme which offers subject content and teacher training courses. After completing the master programme, you will be awarded a master’s degree and a Dutch teaching qualification for secondary education (lower and higher grades) in the school subject of your master specialisation.

This master programme trains students to become a teacher in the Dutch educational system; the training programme is therefore (partly) taught in Dutch. In two years you will further specialize in your field and obtain a first-degree teaching qualification. After completing this master you will be qualified to teach in all classes of secondary education (lower and upper secondary; vwo, havo and vmbo) and at mbo.
