Geography
In Geography, our academic staff are driving forward intellectual agendas in physical and human geography, as well as helping to shape national and international policy. This expertise ensures that the knowledge you are getting throughout your programme is at the cutting-edge of scientific research and focused on some of the most important issues in society today.
In the first year of our BSc (Hons) Geography and Management degree, the geography modules span human and physical geography, ensuring you have a firm understanding of how social and physical processes vary within the context of places and regions. In the second and final year of this course, you can specialise in either human or physical geography or you can choose to maintain an equal balance between the two.
