In the Green Science and Engineering Division, students can receive their education entirely in English. It is unique among the nine divisions of the Graduate School of Science and Technology in that its entire program, including lectures and research mentoring, is conducted in English. In addition, emphasis is given to environmental and sustainability-related studies, which are vital to the future of humankind. To promote interdisciplinary education, faculty members from the eight divisions （Mechanical Engineering, Electrical and Electronic Engineering, Applied Chemistry, Chemistry, Mathematics, Physics, Biological Sciences, Information Sciences） are available for teaching and research supervision.
