The Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources at UP trains outstanding professionals prepared to lead and manage people and teams within an organization.
The program provides extensive knowledge in talent management, psychology, and sociology. It teaches students how to design and implement strategies for selection, recruitment, training, development, motivation, and promotion of human resources; how to design and evaluate job positions; how to manage compensation; and how to negotiate with unions, among many other key aspects. Furthermore, it prepares students to launch and manage human resources companies and consultancies, and develops leadership, coaching, negotiation, public speaking, and teamwork skills.
The Human Resources program boasts distinguished faculty, an excellent curriculum, and offers opportunities for internships, professional placements, and international exchange programs.
