This PhD is offered in response to the demand for specialized leaders who take on the challenge of reducing social gaps through techno-scientific skills, research and theories that generate knowledge in favor of water supply and sanitation, becoming a driving force for transformation in the environment-economy-society relationship.
The educational objective is to train high-level researchers in Environmental Sciences and Engineering, with a focus on Supply Water and Sanitation Department with the skills to design, organize, direct and develop research scientific and applied research, as well as to create knowledge adapted to the territorial reality contemporary.
The PhD in Science with a major in water supply and sanitation will demonstrate his level of competence through his scientific and technological knowledge capable of planning and executing research projects associated with the comprehensive treatment of water and sanitation; applying various technologies in favor of economic, environmental and social development.
