Dental technicians are a crucial part of the dental team. They use their understanding of dental material science, and their skills of design and fabrication, to recreate people’s teeth.

The satisfaction comes from knowing you have made it possible for that person to smile again.

The Master of Dental Technology (MDentTech) programme usually requires two years' full-time study (or the equivalent in part-time study). It consists of three 500-level papers plus a thesis.

If you have already completed a Postgraduate Diploma in Dental Technology (PGDipDentTech), then you complete the MDentTech in one year – studying by thesis only.
