Candidates should hold an upper second-class (2.1) Honours undergraduate degree in a relevant discipline, or otherwise satisfy the selection panel they have the ability to complete the course in the case of holding a lower qualification.
Applicants are required to already be working in the mental health field. In the case of the Child, Adolescent and Family strand, applicants must be working in child, adolescent and family mental health services and have a minimum of one year’s recent experience, as well as Garda clearance for working with children and adolescents.
All applicants whose first language is not English or who have not been educated through the English language must meet Trinity’s English language requirements.
