FERRANDI Paris is a hospitality school, member of the Conférence des grandes écoles (CGE, that trains the elite in gastronomy and hospitality to be actors of renewal in France and abroad. FERRANDI Paris was created 100 years ago, as a higher education establishment (EESC) belonging to CCI Paris Ile-de-France Education.

The school has several generations of distinguished chefs and culinary and hospitality managers to its name, known for their signature culinary works and talent for innovation.

FERRANDI Paris offers several programs fully taught in English both in Hospitality Management and in Culinary Arts for international students.

Here are the steps you will follow if you apply to an international program at FERRANDI Paris

1. Apply online + pay for application fees

Complete the application form to the program of your choice. You will need to upload some documents such as your resume, a copy of your highest degree, a copy of your passport, a proof of payment for application fees…

2. Selection interview (exept for Introduction programs)

Once your application is submitted, our Selection Jury will review it and asses your eligibility to pursue the admission process. The Selection Jury will study your application very carefully and let you know by email if a selection interview is needed. The goal of this interview is to understand better your background, career goals and motivation to join FERRANDI Paris

3. Admissions Jury

At the end of the interviews of each recruitment session, the admission jury draws up the list of admitted candidates.

4. 4. Admission Decision

Candidates are notified of their results by email after the Admissions Jury take place. If you get a positiv answer, you will also receive additional information with the next steps for your enrollment and arrival in France.
