Frequently Asked Questions

BSCS Program admissions are advertised on both print and electronic media. The program intake is admitted in Fall semester, annually. The program aspirants are required to take NUST Entrance Test/ SAT (International) to qualify for the limited positions
Minimum 60% aggregate marks each in SSC and HSSC OR equivalent exams (as per IBCC equivalence). - Pre-Engineering Group/Computer Science Group/ Pre-Medical Group/ Humanities Group with Mathematics as one of the mandatory subject
NUST-Computing: Mathematics: 40% Physics: 25% Computer Science/Chemistry: 20% English: 10% Intelligence: 05%
Pre-medical students are provisionally admitted to the BSCS program provided the students pass 2 Mathematics deficiency courses within one year of their studies
A student shall pay 25% of the semester tuition fee for Deferment / Suspension of semester. In case of 1st semester deferment, 100% tuition fee will be charged.
