Admission Requirements

Students will be admitted to the program on the basis of their academic qualifications, preparation for interdisciplinary study, and relevant work experience. In addition to existing laid down NUST criteria for MS-level graduate programs, a student should have:

a. 16 years of education or 4 years (minimum 124 credit hrs) after HSSC/A-level in relevant discipline.

Past academic record and interview to be assigned a weightage of 50%

b. Students should bring a 500 -1000-word personal statement at the time of applying for admission explaining why they are the best fit for this program and why they want to pursue this degree.

c. GRE (General)/GMAT/MCAT/ GAT (General)/NAT-II score to be assigned a weightage of 50%

d. Previous undergraduate level coursework or experience is recommended in any recognized field of social sciences, management sciences, or business studies. Preference will be given to students who have a Bachelor’s degree in public policy or public administration.
