The program offers a specialization in Human Resource and Management (Department of HRM), Finance (Department of Finance & Investment), Marketing (Department of International Business and Marketing), and Supply Chain (Department of Operations & Supply Chain). The program has a to t al of 48 cr e di t h o ur r e q u i r e m e n ts f or the a w ard o f d e gree with 18 credit hour course work followed by a 30-credit hour research thesis. The PhD program was launched at NBS in 2001. The main aim of the program is to prepare individuals to conduct research and contribute to the body of knowledge in academia and industry while adhering to ethics in research. After qualify this program, Students will be able to synthesize knowledge, Students will create knowledge, and Students will value ethics in research.

Admission Requirements
General Eligibility
18 years of education in a related discipline as given below with minimum CGPA 3.0/4.0, 3.75/5.0 (in the Semester System) or First Division (in the Annual System) in M.Phil/MS/Equivalent. The candidate should have completed a minimum of 30 credit hours of coursework. The percentage will be valid only if the CGPA is not mentioned in the degree/transcript.
