The purpose of the educational and professional programme: the programme is aimed at providing knowledge and developing skills and competencies in the field of applied and computer linguistics. It includes communication skills in the state, English and German/French languages, solving practical problems in the linguistic field using fundamental and special mathematical methods, computer and information technologies. The programme provides for the development of basic linguistic knowledge, translation skills, competencies in developing models of language functioning, and active use of appropriate software.
Special features of the programme: the uniqueness lies in the fact that along with studying two foreign languages (English and German/French) and linguistic disciplines, students receive training in computer technology, which significantly expands their employment opportunities compared to graduates of other specialities, both philological and technical.
