The purpose of the educational and research programme is to train highly qualified, competitive in the labour market, integrated into the international scientific and educational space specialists, capable of solving current problems in the field of public health science and practice, generating new ideas, solving complex problems and responding to challenges in conditions of uncertainty, mastering the methodology of the scientific and pedagogical activity, through the acquisition of general and special competencies, moral and ethical qualities, necessary for research and teaching activities, conducting their original research, the results of which have scientific novelty, theoretical and practical significance for the public health system according to the national principle of ‘health care in all state policies’.
