To prepare specialists for independent scientific, practical and teaching activities in the field of public health, capable of solving complex tasks and problems in this area, in conditions of uncertainty, by acquiring general and special competencies in organisational, managerial, expert, control and analytical, project, research activities, including health promotion and implementation of the national principle of ‘health care in all state policies’ at all levels of government: national, regional, local and ATC.

Acquiring the competencies necessary to deepen knowledge, skills and abilities in the preparation and implementation of measures in the development of the national public health system, including strategic management of the health sector, programme and communication management for the implementation of the national principle of ‘health care in all state policies’, creation of an effective system of state monitoring of health determinants, improvement of the state of the safe environment, prevention/elimination of biological and chemical agents, prevention of biological hazards.
