Features of the EPP:
The Bachelor of Laws study programme is aimed at training highly qualified lawyers, taking into account the dramatic changes in all spheres of public life.
Students of the Educational and Scientific Institute of Law named after I. Malinovsky have the opportunity to implement the acquired theoretical knowledge during practical classes, business games, case studies, internships in judicial and law enforcement agencies, and to actively participate in national and international conferences.
To acquire practical skills, students undergo introductory and industrial practices at enterprises, organisations, judicial and law enforcement agencies, higher education institutions, and other institutions. Research practice is aimed at developing academic writing and analytical thinking skills.
The Pro Bono Legal Clinic operates to develop practical skills. The programme develops the ability to negotiate and mediate.
