General characteristics of the education: The training is carried out in accordance with the French model of quality engineering education provided by Grandes Ecoles. Language skills in French and English are being developed and enriched. From the third year the training is divided into two specializations: "Informatics and Telecommunications" and "Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Automation". The quality of training and its recognition by the French state is due to the accreditation obtained by the French State Commission for Engineering Titles, which alone can authorize French engineering training (Commission des titres d'ingenieurs - CTI - http: //www.cti-commission. fr /). The accreditation was obtained with the highest possible rating and our graduates receive the French title of "graduate engineer". Thanks to the highest score, except in the Republic of France, the title is recognized as French by all countries, partners in the European Network for Accreditation of Engineering Education (European Network for Accreditation of Engineering Education - http://www.enaee.eu / http://eurace.enaee.eu/) - Germany, Great Britain, Turkey, Ireland, Portugal, Russia and many more. etc. The faculty is also accredited by the Bulgarian National Agency for Evaluation and Accreditation. Educational and professional goals: As a result of their training, master engineers must acquire and possess professional competencies for: • creation, development and maintenance of modern computer and communication systems;  • development and adaptation of modern application and system software for standard and specialized computer and communication equipment; • development, adaptation and implementation of modern information technology solutions in various fields of application;  • specification of user requirements, analysis, design and creation of computer and communication systems together with the relevant documentation.  • design, manufacture and operation of electrical machines, appliances, drives, energy systems (power plants and networks); renewable energy sources; protection of electrical systems; planning and management of electricity systems; • electronic circuitry; electronic power converters, control and regulation systems, industrial electronics and microelectronics;  • automation systems; robust, optimal and adaptive systems; robotics and robotic systems, information-sensor systems and industrial informatics. • expanding qualifications through self-study, company training, postgraduate training and continuing doctoral education Employment of the graduates:  • The realization of the graduates is in engineering and management positions in high-tech companies in Bulgaria, France, the EU and around the world;  • Graduates of the French Faculty are realized as software engineers, telecommunications engineers, engineers in energy, electronics, automation;  • The State Gazette of France publishes the annual recognition of engineers who have graduated, along with their French counterparts. The recognition of their diplomas by the Republic of France and proficiency in French on a par with English makes them highly desired by multinational companies in Bulgaria, France and around the world;  • The demand for such specialists is very high, which predetermines the beginning of their professional realization before graduation;  • The Faculty of French Studies maintains partnerships with a number of high-tech companies, where its students are realized: PROXIAD, TRIXIR, Schneider Electric, Melexis, ABB Bulgaria LTD, Kromex Control, HP, IBM and many others.
