Mechatronic SysMechatronic Systems provides complex fundamental and specialized training in compliance with the Bulgarian Higher Education Act. The Master-course gives an opportunity to expand the skills and knowledge gathered from the Bachelor-degree-course in research, design and implementation of various mechatronic systems.
Mechatronic Systems is an interdisciplinary specialty which subjects are the mechanical, electronic and information systems of a wide range of products.
Training in the Master-degree course in Mechatronic Systems proceeds on the base of compulsory and optional subjects of study. The compulsory ones are fundamental, humanitarian and general.
Optional subjects form the following directions of training:
- MECHATRONIC SYSTEMS IN DISCRETE MECHANICAL ENGINEERING
- OPTICAL, MICROMECHANICAL AND MEASUREMENT DEVICES
Students are enlisted in the relevant direction depending on individual preferences and under consideration of the achieved results.
Graduates are awarded the Master-degree in the Engineering field of Mechatronic Systems and are professionally certified as Master-Engineer.
The obtained Master-degree is a precondition for a continuous education aimed at acquiring a PhD in the field of Mechatronic Systems .
Master-degree holders are eligible to pursue a career in the areas of industry, education, science and public administration both nationally and/or on EU level where a higher-education-certification is demanded.
The skills and knowledge gathered throughout the training process allows Master-degree holders to be successful as team-members or executives occupied with exploring, building up, implementing and operating advanced mechatronic systems.
