The training in the specialty "Business Management" aims to develop students' knowledge, skills and competencies that correspond to the current needs of the labor market and management professions in business and the public sector. The quality of the educational process is guaranteed by an intergovernmental agreement between Bulgaria and Germany.
The Business Administration study model and winter and summer semester curricula were developed in close cooperation with Germany's largest private university, FaGIOPM's partner university, the FOM Essen. The training in "Economic management" is from professional field 3.7 Administration and management.
In response to the high demands of the labor market, the need to develop the competencies of the 21st century, as well as educational standards, the training in "Business Management" covers a complex of competencies - basic, technical, professional (business and management competencies). The training takes place within 1000 classroom hours and 2600 hours outside the classroom, with a duration of 4 semesters of study and 1 semester of diploma design. The set of elective subjects creates prerequisites for the application of a personalized approach in education. The training is conducted in German.

Upon successful completion of studies in Bulgaria, students graduate as "Master of Business Administration" and receive a Bulgarian and German diploma. The German diploma is issued by the FOM University – Essen, Germany. The duration of the study is 4 semesters, and the diploma design is 1 semester.
