The Master's degree programs 7M04102 "Management" of Turan-Astana University form a modern space for training top-level management personnel focused on developing the strategic, analytical and research potential of undergraduates in the context of increasing complexity of socio-economic and managerial processes.

The educational process is built taking into account global trends of digital transformation, sustainable development, public administration reform and improving the efficiency of organizational systems.

The 7M04102 Management program focuses on the preparation of masters who are able to carry out strategic and innovative management in the corporate and entrepreneurial sectors. Special attention is paid to the development of skills in strategic analysis, business modeling, management consulting, project and process management, as well as the application of economic, mathematical and analytical methods in management practice. Undergraduates actively work with real management cases, corporate data and analytical models, which ensures a high level of practical applicability of the acquired knowledge.

A distinctive feature of both programs is their close connection with the research activities of the department. Undergraduates are involved in research, preparation of scientific publications, participation in national and international conferences, analytical research and expert projects. This contributes to the formation of a research culture, academic writing skills and the preparation of management recommendations based on scientific data.

The content of the programs is interdisciplinary and combines managerial, economic, legal and digital components. The flexibility of educational trajectories allows undergraduates to form individual training profiles depending on their professional interests, from corporate governance and consulting to public service and expert analytical activities. On March 28, 2024, the 7M04102 "Management" educational programs were awarded the ACQUIN Quality Certificates. The accreditation is valid until September 30, 2032. For the period from 04/28/2023 to 04/27/2026, the educational programs 7M04102 "Management" were awarded Certificates of accreditation by the Independent Agency for Accreditation and Rating IAAR.

The practical focus of the master's degree is enhanced through project work, analytical assignments, internships in business structures, government agencies and the quasi-public sector, as well as the completion of master's theses focused on solving real management problems.

In 2025, the Department launched the TAU-Rechlab laboratory as part of the TAU-InnoHub ecosystem, as well as students and teachers who have been active users of the Coursera educational platform since 2023.
