        Distinctiveness and uniqueness – The distinctiveness and uniqueness of the educational program “Psychology” lie in the development of key skills in students, enabling them to conduct in-depth analysis of social processes, demonstrate professional mobility, and achieve sustainable personal and professional growth. As a result of the training, students acquire the competencies necessary for solving psychological tasks, possessing an integrated system of applied, clinical-differential, consultative-corrective, and professional-legal skills oriented toward the needs of a modern inclusive society. This includes psychological support in human resource management, psychological provision for human factor research programs, and the formation of modern professional competencies.

Throughout their studies, students, in interaction with qualified teaching staff of the university and employer partners, gain practical experience across all areas of psychological services and develop skills in working with applied psychological methodologies.

        Mission: The mission of the program is to train active, creatively thinking psychology graduates in accordance with the national education model, which is outcome-oriented and aims to develop specialists of a new generation. These specialists possess Eurasian multicultural competence, strong communication skills, and technocratic abilities, enabling them to creatively and highly professionally address socially significant tasks in their professional field at a modern scientific and practical level.

        Goal: To provide conditions for obtaining professional education and developing professional competence in the field of psychology as part of comprehensive scientific knowledge about humans. The program aims to train proactive, innovative, and adaptable psychology specialists capable of implementing progressive ideas and performing scientific research, expert diagnostics, organizational and managerial, educational, and consultative activities.

      List of qualifications and positions:

A graduate of the Bachelor’s degree program “6B03101 – Psychology” is awarded the Bachelor of Social Sciences degree under the educational program “6B03101 – Psychology.”

     Scope of professional activities. The sphere of professional activity is educational and health care institutions, centers for socio-psychological adaptation and rehabilitation; centers of psychological correction and psychotherapy; centers for studying public opinion and political technologies; social and legal, penal and military institutions; sports organizations, production, modern business structures, consulting agencies, research organizations.

       The objects of professional activity of graduates-psychologists are: organizations of education of all types and kinds, regardless of the form of ownership and departmental subordination; technical and vocational education organizations; research institutes and research centers; sports and creative organizations; health organizations; urban and republican social services, employment centers; centers for studying public opinion and political technologies; manufacturing enterprises and business organizations; law enforcement agencies and penal institutions; rehabilitation and social adaptation centers for pedagogically neglected children and adolescents.

           A graduate of the educational program is able to analyze socio-psychological problems of organizations across various sectors, including education, healthcare, business, and production, taking into account the diversity and inclusive needs of participants. They perform professional duties in the field of applied psychology, apply methods of research and psychological support for individuals, and develop and implement training and corrective-developmental programs tailored to individual characteristics, including persons with disabilities and vulnerable groups. The specialist is capable of working effectively in a team, interacting with colleagues, correctly defending their point of view, and proposing new solutions, ensuring equal access to psychological support for all participants. They possess skills in planning and conducting psychological support for individuals and groups, utilize modern technologies of psychological influence and computer-based psychodiagnostics, and apply scientific, theoretical, and practical knowledge to solve professional tasks, coordinate educational processes, and create an inclusive environment.
