Master’s students study modern
methods of pedagogical and psychological research, statistical data analysis,
scientific analysis, and interpretation of research results.
The program ensures integration of education and science, forming competencies
in designing and implementing research projects in the field of pedagogy and

Graduates are prepared to continue their studies at the doctoral (PhD) level,
as well as to work in universities and research institutions.
Mission of the Educational Program. The mission of the educational program is to train competitive, professionally competent, and socially responsible master’s students who possess modern pedagogical, psychological, and managerial knowledge, and who are capable of effectively addressing professional and research tasks within the education system, implementing innovations, and contributing to the sustainable development of the educational environment.
The mission also focuses on the professional and personal development of specialists who are able, on a scientifically grounded and ethically responsible basis, to provide psychological assistance, carry out psychological and pedagogical support of individuals and the educational process, conduct research, and implement innovative methods in educational and psychological practice.
Program Objectives. To ensure conditions for obtaining professional education and developing professional competencies of a master’s-level psychologist in the field of psychology as part of comprehensive scientific knowledge about the human being.
The program is aimed at forming an initiative-driven, innovatively minded, and adaptable psychology specialist who can respond to changing conditions and is capable of implementing progressive ideas, as well as performing research, expert and diagnostic, organizational and managerial, educational, and counseling activities.
Graduates of this profile are prepared for organizational and managerial, research, corrective and preventive, educational, managerial, experimental and diagnostic, and counseling activities in education management bodies, public and private organizations, as well as in various educational research institutions.
A Master of Education in the educational program “7M01101 – Pedagogy and Psychology” may hold the following positions:
· Education Manager;
· Educational Psychologist.
Graduates of this profile are prepared for organizational and managerial, research, corrective and preventive, educational, managerial, experimental and diagnostic, and counseling activities in education management bodies, public and private organizations, as well as in various educational research institutions.
A Master of Pedagogical Sciences in the educational program “7M01102 – Pedagogy and Psychology” may hold the following positions:

Graduates of the educational programs “7M01101 – Pedagogy and Psychology,” “7M01102 – Pedagogy and Psychology,” and “7M01104 – Educational Management” are able to analyze social and psychological processes in organizations across various sectors (education, healthcare, business, and industry), taking into account inclusivity and the diversity of participants.
Graduates perform professional duties in the field of practical psychology, apply research, diagnostic, and psychological support methods, and design and implement training programs, corrective and developmental support programs, and interventions tailored to individual needs, including persons with disabilities and vulnerable population groups.
They are capable of effective teamwork, professional interaction with colleagues, respectful defense of their viewpoints, proposing innovative solutions, and ensuring equal access to psychological support for all participants. Graduates possess skills in planning and delivering psychological support for individuals and groups, using modern psychodiagnostic and psychological intervention technologies, and applying scientific, theoretical, and practical knowledge to solve professional tasks, coordinate the educational process, and create an inclusive environment.
One of the key objectives of the program is the active involvement of master’s students in the preparation of scientific articles and reports, as well as participation in scientific and practical conferences and competitions.

Magistracy is divided into two types: the scientific and pedagogical direction, the term of training 2 years and there is a possibility to apply for a state educational grant. To apply for both paid and educational grant you need to pass comprehensive testing in the following disciplines:
