qualified Master’s degree lawyers proficient in three languages; a continuous
process of enhancing language proficiency with a focus on legal terminology; an
interdisciplinary approach to curriculum development; interactive teaching
methods aimed at fostering independent learning and self-development skills;
curriculum design aligned with the university’s priority areas of scientific
development; a practice-oriented focus of the program, including internships
and practical training in relevant organizations; regular guest lectures
delivered by legal practitioners; monitoring of the quality of educational

institutional accreditation by the Accreditation, Certification and Quality
Assurance Institute ACQUIN (Germany) for a period of eight years (04 March 2024
– 30 September 2032). The Certificate of International Institutional
Accreditation, Registration No. IA-A No. 0145 dated 09 December 2023, confirms
that the educational programs comply with international standards.
A Master of Legal Sciences carries out professional activities
within the system of law enforcement agencies and in public service, as well as
activities related to the protection, provision, and guarantee of lawful rights
and interests of the state, individuals, and legal entities arising in the
legal sphere; the development and implementation of legal norms; ensuring
legality and public order; and teaching in the field of legal education.
Objects of the Master’s professional activity include:
- institutions of professional legal education regardless of ownership and
departmental affiliation;
- executive and public authorities and administration; state and non-state
enterprises; the bar; and research institutes.
Expected learning outcomes of the
educational programs are aimed at training highly qualified legal professionals
with research skills who strive for professional growth and personal
development.
Upon completing the educational program, master’s students should
possess systematic knowledge of modern legal institutions and the methodology
of legal analysis. They are able to conduct comprehensive research on legal
acts and judicial practice, develop legal recommendations, and apply scientific
