Mission of the programs is to train highly qualified lawyers with in-depth knowledge of law who are capable of developing and applying legal solutions in the context of the digital transformation of society.

Goal is to prepare highly qualified legal professionals who possess teaching methodologies for higher education institutions and research skills, and who are capable of addressing theoretical as well as scientific and practical problems in law enforcement activities.

Uniqueness of the programs: training highly qualified Master’s degree lawyers proficient in three languages; a continuous process of enhancing language proficiency with a focus on legal terminology; an interdisciplinary approach to curriculum development; interactive teaching methods aimed at fostering independent learning and self-development skills; curriculum design aligned with the university’s priority areas of scientific development; a practice-oriented focus of the program, including internships and practical training in relevant organizations; regular guest lectures delivered by legal practitioners; monitoring of the quality of educational activities; up-to-date program content and the availability of the university’s own development strategy.

At the international level, the educational programs have undergone institutional accreditation by the Accreditation, Certification and Quality Assurance Institute ACQUIN (Germany) for a period of eight years (04 March 2024 – 30 September 2032). The Certificate of International Institutional Accreditation, Registration No. IA-A No. 0145 dated 09 December 2023, confirms that the educational programs comply with international standards.

A Master of Legal Sciences carries out professional activities within the system of law enforcement agencies and in public service, as well as activities related to the protection, provision, and guarantee of lawful rights and interests of the state, individuals, and legal entities arising in the legal sphere; the development and implementation of legal norms; ensuring legality and public order; and teaching in the field of legal education.

Objects of the Master’s professional activity include:

- institutions of professional legal education regardless of ownership and departmental affiliation;

- higher education institutions; law enforcement agencies; judicial bodies; representative bodies;

- executive and public authorities and administration; state and non-state enterprises; the bar; and research institutes.

Expected learning outcomes of the educational programs are aimed at training highly qualified legal professionals with research skills who strive for professional growth and personal development.

Upon completing the educational program, master’s students should possess systematic knowledge of modern legal institutions and the methodology of legal analysis. They are able to conduct comprehensive research on legal acts and judicial practice, develop legal recommendations, and apply scientific methods to solve legal problems. Graduates acquire competencies in critical analysis of legal processes, the ability to argue and defend legal positions, as well as adherence to professional ethics. The program ensures readiness for professional activity in government bodies, legal firms, and research organizations, including the preparation of scientific publications.

The program is implemented on modern campuses with a comfortable learning environment. The infrastructure includes two academic buildings, a research library with a collection of modern literature, classrooms, a computer park, a fitness room, a sports hall equipped with a futsal field, two medical centers, and a student residence.

The high demand for graduates of the educational program in the labor market is evidenced by strong employment rates in the field of training.

The Master’s degree programs have extensive international partnerships and cooperate with universities in the United Kingdom, Spain, China, the UAE, Mongolia, Germany, Turkey, Poland, Russia, Bulgaria, Romania, the Republic of Belarus, Ukraine, and Kyrgyzstan. In addition, the university partners with international organizations. In 2025, laboratories were launched, where Master’s students conduct surveys related to educational programs. Close cooperation with employers is carried out within the framework of these laboratories.
