The Master of Education in Curriculum Studies program has been designed for teachers and administrators who wish to engage in research and advanced study in curriculum. Students will build their skills and be encouraged to think from critical perspective that is responsive to change, empowerment, and social justice.  Acadia also periodically offer cohorts in specialized areas such as Interprofessional Health practice, Music Education, and creativity in education alongside the General Program. In the Curriculum Studies program, students will: explore aspects of curriculum studies; Challenge dominant discourses of democratic action, empowerment, and change; Focus on equity and social justice within diverse cultural frameworks; Investigate current curriculum theory and practice from an interdisciplinary perspective.
