Admission Requirements

  1. The following conditions must be met for a student to be accepted into doctoral programs:

  • To have a master’s degree from Hebron University or Al-Quds University, or an equivalent degree from universities recognized by the Palestinian Ministry of Higher Education, and only through formal education.
  • His grade must not be less than (very good) or a grade of (80%) or above or their equivalent in the Master’s degree.
  • To pass the personal interview in front of the program committee.
  • To pass a written exam organized by the program committee.
  • (10 marks) are allocated to the personal interview, (15 marks) to the written exam, (5 marks) to experience, and (70 marks) to the academic qualification: Master's (40 marks), Bachelor's (20 marks), and High School (10 marks).
  • To provide two scientific or professional recommendations.

      2. The student’s studies at the master’s level must be in a subject that qualifies him to study in the required specialization according to the study plan for that specialization.
      3. Additional admission requirements may be set by a decision of the Deanship of Graduate Studies and a recommendation from the program committee.
      4. Applicants are accepted according to their ranking based on the criteria followed at Hebron University and Al-Quds University.
