Since the era of legal sciences in the homeland is recent, and the number of specialists with master’s and doctoral degrees did not exceed a few dozen, the Faculty of Law was keen to open the master’s program in 1997 to encourage bachelor’s degree holders from among lawyers, judges and public prosecutors to complete their scientific education. This was due to their desire and insistence that lasted for more than two years. Since Palestinian society, especially after the arrival of the Palestinian National Authority, became more in need of such scientifically and legally qualified personnel, this had a great impact on crystallizing the idea of opening the master’s program to be a preparatory stage for obtaining a doctoral degree, which the homeland had become in need of.

Admission Requirements
A Bachelor of Laws degree from a recognized university with a grade of at least "Good".
He must submit two academic recommendations from professors who have previously taught him.
The applicant to the program is subject to a written exam and a personal interview.
