The Master in Nursing Management studies is 37 credit hours. It is intended for graduate nurses who wish to further their knowledge and advance their skills in management. The program and curriculum will be of particular interest to nurses working in or planning to move into management positions in nursing. The curriculum includes theoretical and practical aspects, which cover a wide area of management theory and application. Program courses are offered in a systematic curricular manner proceeding from basic to complex administration while increasing the students conceptual, interpersonal and technical skills required for effective management. This program is offered at the Masters level and is approved by the Palestinian Ministry for Higher education. The students will earn a Masters degree in Nursing upon successful completion of program.

Admission Requirements
A holder of a bachelor degree in Nursing and Midwifery from an accredited Nursing or Midwifery programs.
Two years minimum experience in Nursing or Midwifery.
Licensed to practice professional Nursing by the appropriate Authority in Palestine.
Pass the interview with the admission program committee.
