The Theatre Technology and Production degree is ideal for those wishing to pursue a career in those areas dedicated to the support of live performance practice. Students will: construct and operate lighting rigs; run live sound PA systems; explore theatrical design concepts; create video projection elements; and develop skills in stage and production management. The programme balances those practical technical, management and design areas with critical and theoretical thinking, whilst promoting group work and collaborative practice. Students will work alongside musicians, actors, dancers and singers to support a wide range of performance events happening across the university, offering a constantly engaging and exciting experience.
