The Doctor of Philosophy in European Studies is an interdisciplinary program part of Chulalongkorn University’s Graduate School in cooperation with Chula’s Faculty of Arts (History), Faculty of Political Science (International Relations), Faculty of Economics (Economics), and Faculty of Law (Law).
The world has become more and more interdependent due to political and economic globalization. European Studies are designed to keep pace with the changing paths of international affairs by studying the European nations and their integration, as well as analyzing their political and economic relations with Asia and the world. All classes are taught in English. Both master and doctoral European Studies are international programs, which aim at excellence in the area of globalization.
