The Master of Arts Program in Business and Managerial Economics (MABE) was the result of a series of intensive discussions among our founders with many academic professors, business people, and policymakers in various organizations, both in Thailand and abroad.  The conclusion was that there should be a master’s degree program that combined an understanding in both economics and business and also designed to reflect the changing environment.  Such a program not only became a viable alternative to traditional economics and business programs but also allowed access to more people who aimed to achieve practical skills from their education.
