The Master of Science (M.Sc.) program offers opportunities to deepen knowledge and understanding of the food and nutrition field through research in three fields of study: 
  • Medical Nutrition Therapy
  • Nutritional Biochemistry
  • Applied Food and Nutrition
Our curriculum focuses on producing graduates who are knowledgeable in integrated nutritional sciences with an application of modern technology in the scientific analysis and research to apply the know-how in everyday life as well as promote accurate knowledge in food and nutrition to benefit the society and the country as a whole.
