The Civil Engineering Doctoral Program (S3) is part of the Faculty of Civil Engineering, Planning, and Geotechnology (FTSPK), Sepuluh Nopember Institute of Technology (ITS) Surabaya. The Civil Engineering Doctoral Program is designed to produce superior doctoral graduates with integrity, who are able to develop and apply science and technology in the field of civil engineering in an innovative and sustainable manner. This doctoral program emphasizes the development of in-depth, original scientific research that significantly contributes to the advancement of civil engineering and the resolution of strategic national and global problems. Supported by experienced faculty, comprehensive research laboratory facilities, and national and international collaboration networks, students are encouraged to produce reputable scientific publications and innovative work with real impact. In line with the vision of the ITS Civil Engineering Department as a Resource Center for Civil Engineering in Indonesia, the Doctoral Program (S3) is committed to supporting environmentally conscious industrial and marine development, oriented towards sustainability, safety, and infrastructure resilience. Graduates of this program are expected to be able to play a role as academics, researchers, and professional leaders who actively contribute to the development of civil engineering policies, technologies, and solutions at the national and international levels.
