The ITS Telecommunication Engineering Undergraduate Study Program (S1) is one of the academic study programs managed by the Department of Electrical Engineering (DTE), Faculty of Intelligent Electrical and Informatics Technology (FTEIC) Sepuluh Nopember Institute of Technology (ITS). The ITS Telecommunication Engineering Undergraduate Study Program (S1) aims to produce graduates with high competency in the field of Telecommunication Engineering, develop the scientific field of Telecommunication Engineering through quality research, and carry out community service in the field of telecommunications. The scope of the scientific fields covered by this study program is: Telecommunication signal processing Telecommunication electronics engineering Telecommunication network engineering Telecommunication service engineering Telecommunication systems engineering Remote sensing system engineering Telecommunication technology management To achieve the competencies set in the Telecommunications Engineering Undergraduate Program, students must complete 144 credits over 8 semesters (4 years).
The curriculum broadly includes:
- Mathematics and Basic Science Cluster
- Telecommunication Systems Science Cluster
- Telecommunication Network Science Cluster
- Antenna and Radio Propagation Science Cluster
- Engineering Design and Problem-Based Experimentation General Education (Moral, Ethical, Socio-Cultural, Environmental, and Management)
After completing all the courses in the curriculum, graduates of the ITS Telecommunication Engineering Study Program (S1) are expected to have the following competencies:
