We are committed to social justice and diversity. With campuses across metropolitan, regional and rural Victoria, we collaborate with a range of communities on the things that matter most to them and us. This government-funded program is only available for Educational Support (ES) staff and Koorie Engagement Support Officers (KESO) and specifically designed to address teacher shortages in regional, rural, and hard-to-staff schools. With flexible, accessible training and support, you'll get the opportunity to make an immediate impact in the classroom.
Your study experience will be suited to your busy schedule. The course is designed to offer flexibility, allowing you to teach in schools while still studying full-time, so you can gain practical experience while advancing your education career. You'll also benefit from 24/7 online access to course materials and the option of participating in workshops at your own pace.

- benefit from a supportive learning environment where you'll be mentored by teaching staff and learn from leading researchers who are changing the way people learn to read
- graduate with an accredited degree and the in-demand skills you need to launch your teaching career.
