The BA (Hons) History of Art and Museum Studies is taught the John Lennon Art and Design Building and offers international internship opportunities. On this course, students will examine particular art works and artists of their own choice in detail. The flexibility of this course allows students to tailor their studies to meet with their passions or interests. LJMU has contacts with many local art galleries and museums and its collaboration with Tate Liverpool is particularly beneficial, as students will spend time there getting to know its collections as well as the curators who can tell students what it's really like to work in the sector.
